High Tea Musings.
I feel like I talk about tea on here a lot, and I think my love for it has been made quite obvious. But something you might not know, is that it all started as a little kid being obsessed with all things hight tea, china and tea party related. I have clear memories of going over to The Empress Hotel Fairmont in Victoria whilst visiting family and drinking their famous tea blend and feeling like a right ol' princess. I got my very own china tea cup from my Grandpa and Nana when I was around 8 or 9 years old and I remember feeling like it was the best day of my life.
A little while back I discovered a Tea Salon here in Vancouver called Neverland, which is a tea salon that serves both High Tea and food off of the menu, all with gluten and dairy omits available. But the best part about this salon, is that it is Peter Pan themed. The interior is perfectly decorated, simple enough and not over cluttered, but has enough decoration that the salons vibe comes across.
This has quite quickly become one of my all time favourite places in all of Vancouver, and I thought I'd share with you all some photos from my last outing there.
Are you a fan of high tea?
xoxo,
